22. The Electronic Journals Delivery Service (eJDS) http://ejds.ictp.it/ejds/faces/journalList.xhtml The electronic Journals Delivery Service (eJDS) a programme of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy.

It gives free and full text access to scientists at institutions in least developed or low-income countries to access current scientific literature, mainly in the fields of physics and mathematics.

The service requires registration and is cost-free. The articles are sent as email attachments so as to reach individual scientists who do not have access to sufficient bandwidth to download material from the Internet in a timely manner and/or cannot afford the connection.

The Mission of the 'Nimbe Adedipe  Library is to provide a user centered information environment that supports inspirational teaching, exemplary research, meaningful service, and life long learning to the local and global university community.

In support of this mission, the University Library integrates print and electronic resources, and provides a comprehensive program of service which allows broad access to information in all formats.
